Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
How to Track Your Order
Use the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email to see the latest updates on your package.
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update the tracking information.
Multiple Packages
Because we work with multiple suppliers, items from the same order may occasionally ship separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and your items may arrive at different times.
Tracking Says Delivered, But You Don’t Have It
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
1. Check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors.
2. Allow up to 24–48 hours, as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before they arrive.
3. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number for additional delivery information.
If you still can’t locate your package, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Haven't Received a Tracking Number?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. If it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please contact us atsupport@94bentleyllc.com and we'll look into it right away.
